Do you have to buy all skills in cantha or are there missions to get the ascalon skills ?

..............???? plz clarify, it sounds like ur asking 2 diff questions relating to two diff things.....u have Factions, and u want to know if u can get Faction/Cantha skills via Ascalon/Tyria quests and not spend a skill point in Cantha? am i correct?
